Online Training Issues – Apple Devices

We have been made aware of some issues users are experiencing when trying to access their online trainings they have been assigned. We recommend sharing these trouble shooting tips with any of your employees who use Apple devices for their training in case they encounter any issues.

  • Switch to a different browser, especially if you’re using Safari.
  • Turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” if you need to use Safari:
  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari
  2. Scroll down to Privacy & Security section if on a phone. Toggle the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” off if it’s turned on.
  3. If neither of the first two options work, switch to a non-Apple device.

Injury/Illness Recordkeeping & Reporting

It’s that time of the year again when employers must post their OSHA 300A Forms (summary of injuries and illnesses from the previous year) for employees to view.

Beginning February 1st through April 30th, employees must be able to view a copy of 2024’s injuries and illnesses in the workplace, and copies of the OSHA 300A Form must be given to those requesting a copy.

If you need copies of OSHA Forms, click here.
