Expansion of AI in our Customer Support

You may have encountered website chatbots that assist with queries and resolving issues. Our platform currently employs a chatbot that addresses commonly asked questions to facilitate rapid resolution. Though the current AI support is limited, we plan to improve the user experience beginning this week by expanding the use of AI.

With this effort, we aim to provide personalized assistance to users and promptly resolve their issues. We hope that through AI, customers seeking assistance after hours will find timely support without having to wait for live representatives to return. However, we understand that not all users prefer chatbots, and we will continue to offer live representatives for assistance. Available from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).

National Safety Stand-Down
Safe + Sound Week 2024

The National Safety Stand Down event known as Safe + Sound Week is an annual initiative by OSHA and safety organizations to prioritize workplace safety.

Safe + Sound Week encourages organizations across industries to enhance safety measures and create a healthy work environment through activities like training and hazard identification. Active employee participation in safety programs helps instill a safety-first culture for personal and collective well-being. The event emphasizes continuous safety practices beyond the designated week.

This year’s focus is on Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

How to utilize the OWYN Safety Management Platform in conjunction with Safe + Sound Week:

  1. Safety Training: Employers can assign interactive safety training modules to employees to highlight topics related to Safe + Sound Week. Employees can enhance their understanding of workplace safety practices and protocols.
  2. Safety Meeting Scheduler: Use the platform’s safety meetings feature to schedule safety-related meetings. Invite attendees to join, document meeting meetings, and track participation to ensure everyone is engaged and informed.
  3. Compliance Tracking: Assign employees to complete jobsite forms related to current projects taking place. We have Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and Job Task Safety Analysis (JTSA) forms just to name a few. Employees can complete the forms directly within the system for easy tracking.
