Site Specific Safety Plans
Site specific safety plans (SSSPs) outline your scope of work and site safety requirements.
The OWYN Safety Management Platform allows for you to create as many SSSPs as needed while you have an active service.
Here is a short video that will help guide you on how to create a new SSSP.
Need to edit an existing SSSP or archive them? Watch the video below for guidance.

National Safety Stand-Down
Safe + Sound Week 2025
The National Safety Stand Down event known as Safe + Sound Week is an annual initiative by OSHA and safety organizations to prioritize workplace safety.
Safe + Sound Week encourages organizations across industries to enhance safety measures and create a healthy work environment through activities like training and hazard identification. Active employee participation in safety programs helps instill a safety-first culture for personal and collective well-being. The event emphasizes continuous safety practices beyond the designated week.
This year’s focus is on emergency preparedness and response.
How to utilize the OWYN Safety Management Platform in conjunction with Safe + Sound Week:
- Safety Training: Employers can assign interactive safety training modules to employees to highlight topics related to Safe + Sound Week. Employees can enhance their understanding of workplace safety practices and protocols.
- Safety Meeting Scheduler: Use the platform’s safety meetings feature to schedule safety-related meetings. Invite attendees to join, document meeting meetings, and track participation to ensure everyone is engaged and informed.
- Compliance Tracking: Assign employees to complete jobsite forms related to current projects taking place. Some examples of forms we have available include Forklift Inspection Checklist, Job Site Inspection Checklist, and Job Hazard Analysis. Employees can complete the forms directly within the system for easy tracking or you can print out hard copies to complete by hand.
