Logging In and Resetting Passwords
With the OWYN Safety Management Platform, we have made it so each user has their own unique username (email address) and password to access their account.
All users login on the same page, www.owynsafety.com/login. When users are added to the system, each user will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their account which includes a recovery code that they will use to set a password. We recommend informing employees to reach out to you or another company manager if they do not see the email to set up their account. Within the dashboard, the account owner and company managers have the ability to resend the invite to individual.
Note: Make sure employees check their junk and/or clutter folder as these type of emails may go there. If you have several employees not receiving the invite to company email addresses, check with your IT department to see if there is a firewall blocking the emails from coming in.
We understand that it can become overwhelming to remember passwords for multiple websites. Our system provides a “Forgot Password” feature in which you’ll receive a code to enter to reset the password. It is important to keep in mind that when entering your username and password that the password is case sensitive and to not add any additional spacing at the end.
If you or your employees are receiving an error when trying to login or reset your password and have tried all troubleshooting recommendations, please reach out to OWYN Safety support for assistance.
