Subject Line: Top 10 OSHA Citations of Fiscal Year 2022 – Ensure Workplace Compliance

Yes, you read it right.  Thes results are for OSHA fiscal year 2022 (Oct. 1, 2021, to Sept. 30, 2022).

If you’ve seen some preliminary data online or in written publications, you may be wondering why I’m not talking about 2023.  The reason is that generally, OSHA does not post the top ten violations until after the first week in April for the previous year, to allow the prior fiscal year’s inspection data to finalize past the close of the fiscal year (September 30th).

So, I thought it might be a good idea to do 2022 and when 2023 data is finalized, we’ll look at how things have changed over the past 2 fiscal years.

Here are the violations starting with the top violation for 2022.
