Expansion of AI in our Customer Support
You may have encountered our new chatbot that can assist with queries and resolving issues.
With this effort, we aim to provide personalized assistance to users and promptly resolve their issues. We hope that through AI, customers seeking assistance after hours will find timely support without having to wait for live representatives to return. However, we understand that not all users prefer chatbots, and we will continue to offer live representatives for assistance. Live help is available from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).
OWYN Safety Dashboard – Generated Documents Section
Upon logging in to the Safety Management Platform, you likely noticed the central Generated Documents section, where you can find your recent downloads.
This section displays the Document Title, Project Name (if applicable), Creation Date, and Action buttons.
As you download more documents, the list will grow, so we suggest removing outdated versions to maintain organization. Documents are listed by creation date, with the newest shown first, aiding in identifying and managing unnecessary files.
If you decide to delete a document, the “Actions” tab includes a trash can icon for confirmation.
Please note that document deletion is irreversible, so ensure you have a computer backup before proceeding.
September is Suicide Prevention Month
September is National Suicide Prevention Month. You might be wondering why we are mentioning it to construction and industry employers. In 2020, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that men working in construction have one of the highest suicides rates compared to other industries.
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has formed a task force of industry partners, unions and educators to raise awareness of the types of stress that can push construction workers into depression towards suicide.
