Injury/Illness Recordkeeping & Reporting
It is that time of the year again when employers must post their OSHA 300A Forms (summary of injuries and illnesses from the previous year) for employees to view.
Through April 30th, employees must be able to view a copy of 2024’s injuries and illnesses in the workplace, and copies of the OSHA 300A Form must be given to those requesting a copy.
